AI Automation & Digital Operations Executive

Your key responsibilities
1. Video editing & content creation
- Find powerful, emotional, high-impact moments in training videos.
- Create reels, shorts and social media content.
- Design graphics with Canva and AI tools; organise digital content.
2. LMS & digital operations
- Manage course uploads, videos, links and learning resources.
- Maintain backups and organised Google Drive folders.
- Keep learning platforms and backend systems running smoothly.
3. Social media management
- Upload and manage posts on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Monitor engagement, remove spam and support scheduling.
4. AI automation & development
- Spot repetitive tasks and build AI-powered automations.
- Develop small tools that improve efficiency and community experience.
- Work with Laravel/PHP and support backend integrations.
5. Operations & community support
- Support the General Manager in daily operations.
- Assist with weekly webinars, data gathering and follow-ups.
